Soybean planting has struggled. Typically, farmers in Brazil do not plant soybeans until they get rain. Their dry season takes place between Aug-Oct. They typically wait for rain before they start planting. It was dry in October and therefore farmers were delayed in getting their soybean crop in but as of Nov 13th has picked up and its close to the average pace.
